Ministrica finansija Republike Srpske Zora Vidović izjavila je da RS već devet godina čeka realizaciju pravosnažne presude Suda Bosne i Hercegovine koja se odnosi na raspodjelu prihoda od poreza na dodanu vrijednost.
Prema njenim riječima, pitanje isplate ponovo je odgođeno, iako Republika Srpska smatra da ima jasno utvrđeno pravo na sredstva koja potražuje.
Vidović je nakon sjednice Upravnog odbora UIO BiH naglasila da predstavnici RS-a očekuju provođenje sudske odluke i isplatu iznosa koji, zajedno s obračunatim kamatama, prema njihovim tvrdnjama iznosi oko 30 miliona konvertibilnih maraka.
“Republika Srpska već devet godina čeka realizaciju pravosnažne presude i očekujemo da ona konačno bude provedena”, poručila je Vidović.
S druge strane, predstavnici Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine smatraju da se ovo pitanje ne može rješavati izdvojeno od ostalih finansijskih obaveza između entiteta.
Član Upravnog odbora UIO BiH Zijad Krnjić istakao je da Federacija BiH istovremeno ima značajna potraživanja prema Republici Srpskoj, koja bi, prema procjenama, do kraja mjeseca mogla iznositi oko 200 miliona KM.
“Postoje značajna potraživanja Federacije BiH prema Republici Srpskoj i smatramo da je potrebno pronaći sveobuhvatno rješenje koje će obuhvatiti sva međusobna dugovanja”, rekao je Krnjić.
Prema njegovim riječima, predstavnici Republike Srpske nisu prihvatili prijedloge koji bi podrazumijevali istovremeno rješavanje svih otvorenih finansijskih pitanja, zbog čega konačni dogovor nije postignut.
Ipak, Krnjić je izrazio očekivanje da će nadležne institucije u narednom periodu nastaviti razgovore s ciljem pronalaska kompromisnog modela koji bi bio prihvatljiv za obje strane.
