Isplata januarskih penzija počinje 5. februara: Povećanje od 11,2 posto i nove pogodnosti za dio korisnika
Isplata penzija za januar bit će realizirana u četvrtak, 5. februara, a svi korisnici dobit će uvećane iznose za 11,2 posto, potvrđeno je iz Federalnog zavoda za penzijsko i invalidsko osiguranje (MIO/PIO).
Povećanje se provodi na osnovu Odluke o akontacijskom usklađivanju koju je donio Upravni odbor Zavoda MIO/PIO, uz prethodnu saglasnost Vlade Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine.
Kako je pojašnjeno iz Zavoda, odluka o privremenom usklađivanju donesena je jer još uvijek nisu objavljeni zvanični statistički podaci o kretanju prosječne bruto plaće i indeksa potrošačkih cijena, koje objavljuje Federalni zavod za statistiku. Nakon što ti podaci budu dostupni, bit će donesena odluka o konačnom usklađivanju penzija, koja će se primjenjivati retroaktivno od 1. januara.
Penzija i radni odnos mogu ići zajedno
Iz Zavoda MIO/PIO podsjećaju da korisnici starosne penzije ostvarene prema važećem Zakonu o MIO/PIO i dalje imaju pravo istovremeno primati penziju i biti u obaveznom osiguranju, odnosno radnom odnosu, kao što je to bio slučaj i ranije.
Važna novina odnosi se na korisnike prijevremene povoljnije penzije branilaca. Izmjenama zakona sada je omogućeno da i ova kategorija penzionera može istovremeno primati penziju i raditi, što ranije nije bilo dozvoljeno.
„Nešto više od 2.000 korisnika već je iskoristilo ovu mogućnost, a očekujemo da će taj broj u narednom periodu biti i veći“, poručili su iz Zavoda.
Ukidanje obaveznog čekanja na birou
Izmjenama zakonskih propisa ukinut je i raniji uslov prema kojem su budući penzioneri morali provesti najmanje 12 mjeseci na evidenciji Zavoda za zapošljavanje prije ostvarivanja prava na penziju. Ova promjena značajno pojednostavljuje proceduru i ubrzava ostvarivanje prava.
Nova mogućnost za ratne vojne invalide
Pravo na penziju ponovo mogu ostvariti i osobe kojima je utvrđen status ratnog vojnog invalida od 60 posto ili više, a koje su povrede zadobile tokom izvršavanja borbenih zadataka i zbog toga proglašene vojno nesposobnim. Ovim kategorijama pripada penzija u visini tada važeće najniže penzije, uvećane za sva kasnija zakonska usklađivanja. Prema trenutno važećim iznosima, ta penzija iznosi 666,40 KM.
