Cijene goriva u BiH nastavljaju rasti: Dizel drastično poskupio od početka godine
Cijene naftnih derivata u Bosni i Hercegovini ponovo bilježe rast, a najnoviji podaci ukazuju na kontinuirano poskupljenje i dizela i benzina.
Prema dostupnim informacijama, prosječna maloprodajna cijena premium bezolovnog benzina 95 (BAS EN 228 – BMB 95) na dan 19. ožujka viša je za 0,03 KM po litru u odnosu na 18. ožujka. Istovremeno, i cijena dizela (BAS EN 590 – 10 ppm) porasla je za isti iznos u odnosu na dan ranije.
Kada se napravi poređenje s početkom godine, rast cijena je još izraženiji. U januaru 2026. godine dizel je koštao 2,29 KM po litru, dok njegova prosječna cijena danas iznosi čak 3,09 KM. S druge strane, benzin je u januaru bio 2,32 KM, a trenutno se prodaje po prosječnoj cijeni od 2,51 KM po litru, saopćeno je iz Federalnog ministarstva trgovine.
Posebno je primjetan nagli skok u posljednjih nekoliko sedmica. Od 28. februara do danas cijena dizela povećana je za čak 0,74 KM po litru, dok je benzin u istom periodu poskupio za 0,19 KM.
Podaci koje benzinske pumpe dostavljaju Federalnom ministarstvu trgovine za period od 28. februara do 18. marta 2026. godine pokazuju značajan broj prijava promjena cijena i marži. Broj evidentiranih obrazaca za dizel kretao se od 54 do 455, dok je za premium bezolovni benzin 95 varirao između 16 i 261.
Iz Ministarstva podsjećaju da je u Federaciji Bosne i Hercegovine i dalje na snazi Odluka o propisivanju mjera neposredne kontrole cijena, kojom su jasno definisane maksimalne marže za naftne derivate. Za veleprodaju je maksimalna marža ograničena na 0,06 KM po litru, dok je za maloprodaju propisana gornja granica od 0,25 KM po litru.
Provođenje ove odluke kontinuirano nadziru federalni i kantonalni tržišni inspektori. Njihov fokus je prvenstveno na provjeri načina formiranja cijena, odnosno usklađenosti veleprodajnih i maloprodajnih kalkulacija s važećim propisima.
Također, iz Ministarstva ističu da svi tržišni inspektori u Federaciji BiH imaju pristup dostavljenim podacima, što dodatno olakšava kontrolu i praćenje kretanja cijena na terenu.
Kako bi građanima omogućili bolji uvid u aktuelne cijene goriva, Federalno ministarstvo trgovine je još u junu 2019. godine pokrenulo besplatnu mobilnu aplikaciju „FMT FBiH oil info“. Aplikacija je dostupna za Android i iOS uređaje putem Google Play i App Store platformi, kao i putem linka i QR koda na službenoj web stranici Ministarstva.
Osim pregleda cijena, aplikacija omogućava korisnicima i prijavljivanje nepravilnosti na benzinskim pumpama, čime se dodatno doprinosi efikasnijem nadzoru i bržem reagovanju nadležnih institucija.
