Republika Srpska je donijela odluku da značajno poveća izdvajanja za svoja predstavništva u inostranstvu, a najveći dio novca bit će usmjeren na lobiranje u Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama. Kako otkriva portal Capital, ukupni budžet za predstavništva povećan je sa 6,5 miliona KM na više od 30 miliona KM.
Predstavništvo u Austriji dobilo 12 puta veći budžet
Najveći skok sredstava dobilo je Predstavništvo Republike Srpske u Austriji. Njihov budžet je sa 1,32 miliona KM za ovu godinu povećan na čak 16,32 miliona KM, što predstavlja uvećanje od 12 puta.
„Radi se o evropskim kontaktima pa je odlučeno da aktivnosti idu preko našeg predstavništva“, kratko je potvrdio šef predstavništva u Beču, Mladen Filipović.
Milioni i za Moskvu i Washington
Ogromno povećanje dobilo je i Predstavništvo RS u Moskvi, na čijem čelu je Duško Perović. Sa prvobitnih 1,2 miliona KM, njihov budžet je povećan na 8,36 miliona KM.
Predstavništvo u Washingtonu, koje direktno pokriva odnose sa američkom administracijom, sada može računati na 1,7 miliona KM, što je gotovo tri puta više nego što je ranije bilo planirano.
Budžeti u drugim državama ostaju isti
Predstavništva Republike Srpske u Srbiji, Grčkoj, Belgiji, Njemačkoj i Izraelu nisu zabilježila značajnije promjene u izdvajanjima.
Rebalans budžeta i politička pozadina
Prema informacijama, Ministarstvo za evropske integracije i međunarodnu saradnju RS je rebalansom budžeta dobilo dodatnih 43 miliona KM, a najveći dio tog novca biće utrošen na lobiranje kod nove američke administracije.
Podsjetimo, značajan broj političara iz vrha Republike Srpske, uključujući predsjednika SNSD-a Milorada Dodika, nalazi se pod sankcijama Sjedinjenih Američkih Država. Upravo zbog toga se ovakva ulaganja u lobiranje tumače kao pokušaj da se izvrši pritisak i utiče na ublažavanje ili ukidanje sankcija.
Ovaj potez Dodikove administracije već izaziva burne reakcije u javnosti, posebno imajući u vidu da se istovremeno suočavaju sa ekonomskim problemima i socijalnim nezadovoljstvom unutar entiteta.
